Payment for our cleaning services can be made by cash or card and is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We aim to keep payment simple and convenient for our customers. If you have any questions about payment, our team will be happy to assist.
Cancellation Policy
f you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover the reserved time for our cleaning team. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to accommodate any changes where possible.

If you’re not completely satisfied with any part of our service, simply let us know within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost. Our goal is to ensure every home and workplace we clean is left spotless and meets the high standards our customers expect.
